Morgan Johns
Class of 2022
Morgan was the 2021-2022 club President as well as an IHSA captain, and member of the 2021-2022 IHSA team. She is a Justice Studies major with a Criminal Justice minor and part of the JMU graduating class of 2022. After she graduates, Morgan plans on attending Graduate school at American University to study counterterrorism and homeland security. Her favorite horse at JBS is Cadbury, who she showed very successfully throughout her years on the team. We asked her to choose her favorite JMU EQ memory and she said, “I can’t pick one, it has been such a great last 4 years!” Morgan has done a tremendous amount for the club as well as JBS as a whole and we are incredibly grateful and sad to see you go! We will miss you and we wish you luck on all your future adventures as a JMU EQ Alum!
Brooke Solderich
Class of 2022
Brooke was the 2021-2022 club Vice President. She is a Geographic Science major and part of the JMU graduating class of 2022. After she graduates, Brooke plans on continuing her internship with the city of Harrisonburg. She has applied for and is now waiting to hear back from grad schools. One of her favorite JMU EQ memories was Big/Little reveal! We appreciate everything you have done for the club, and we couldn’t do it without you! We will miss you and we wish you luck on all your future adventures as a JMU EQ Alum!


Trinity Perry
Class of 2022
Trinity was the 2021-2022 club Secretary. She is a Biophysical Chemistry major with a minor in Math and part of the JMU graduating class of 2022. Trinity is an incredibly hard worker, and has done countless for both the Berry's and the club as a whole. We wouldn't be here without you. We will miss you and we wish you luck on all your future adventures as a JMU EQ Alum!
Payton Bleach
Class of 2022
Payton was the 2021-2022 club Fundraising chair, and a member of the 2021-2022 IHSA team. She is a Justice Studies major with a Writing, Rhetoric, and Technical Communications minor and part of the JMU graduating class of 2022. After she graduates, Payton plans on moving to New York City for a legal recruiting firm internship. Her all-time favorite JBS horse is Saxon, and one of her favorite JMU EQ memories were trail rides to the river to destress before final exam week! Payton is an amazing teammate and friend. She has done incredible work for our executive board! We will miss you and we wish you luck on all your future adventures as a JMU EQ Alum!



Kelly Parkman
Class of 2022
Kelly was one of the 2021-2022 club Social Chairs. She is a Sports and Recreation Management major and part of the JMU graduating class of 2022. After she graduates, Kelly plans on spending the summer interning with the Wyoming Conservation Corps on an all women's trail building team in the Grand Tetons. Her favorite horse at JBS is Hopper Hill, "Barry," (pictured) and one of her favorite JMU EQ memories was the 2022 Spring Semi-Formal! Kelly is an incredibly caring friend and athlete, we will miss you and we wish you luck on all your future adventures as a JMU EQ Alum!
Sydney Spevak
Class of 2022
Sydney was the 2021-2022 club Treasurer and a member of the 2021-2022 IHSA team. She is a Management major with minors in both Economics and Business Analytics and part of the JMU graduating class of 2022. After she graduates, she will be working in consulting at RSM in Washington, DC. Her favorite horses at JBS are Elixir, "Mikey" and Smarty. We asked her for her favorite JMU EQ memory to which she said, "My first horse show at college. I had only ridden Smarty a few times but we went to a SWVHJA show and had a lot of fun and found some success jumping around the children’s hunters and a couple medal classes." Sydney is incredibly talented and the best addition to any team, we will miss you and we wish you luck on all your future adventures as a JMU EQ Alum!


Megan Harrigal
Class of 2022
Megan is a Communication Sciences major with a minor in Religion and part of the JMU graduating class of 2022. After she graduates, Megan likely will move to LA to take the full-time position she has been offered from her internship company! Her all-time favorite JBS horse is Sabre Springs, "Orlando" (pictured) and one of her favorite JMU EQ memories was SWVAHJA showing!
